John Luff comments, “Larry was integral in bringing Wai Kai to life. His leadership and experience will be invaluable to our projects and will strengthen Beach Street’s ability to effectively and efficiently manage pre-construction through construction and handoff to our operations team. Beach Street is uniquely positioned in this growing space and Larry is an important addition to our comprehensive real estate development management team which now comprises deep experience in every aspect of the real estate development cycle.
