The designer and manufacturer of the state-of-the-art pneumatic surf generating technology. RDC has been fortunate to have built the first two facilities.

We have partnered with some of the world’s best-known companies to design and build state-of-the-art commercial and sports facilities for a wide range of clientele. RDC’s clients are a mix of governmental: cities, town, municipalities. Schools, colleges, and Universities. And private developers of apartments, condominiums, and Resorts.

Masters of the Design-Build Process
Just like the master builders from centuries ago, Recreational Design & Construction (RDC) is your single point of contact for your project’s planning, design, engineering and construction. Established in 1993, today our contractor-led design-build firm has dozens of team members who are second and third generation builders. To say we’re experts in the sequencing of building is an understatement.
CM at Risk
Construction Management-at-Risk (CM-at-Risk) is a proven and successful delivery method where the contractor/Builder collaborates with project owners and architects during all aspects of the project. Allowing owners to take advantage of RDC’s vast expertise from project inception to closeout as we avoid unnecessary costs, stay on schedule, and reduce red tape. With RDC’s approach to CM-at-Risk, we use our experience and creativity to better situate the owner’s intentions rather than the more traditional arrangement as the design-bid-build method.
Specialty pool contractor
RDC is a licensed General Contractor, and licensed Commercial Pool Contractor, under unique situations RDC acts as the commercial pool contractor for large complex aquatic facilities, but it also gives us the ability to act as the commercial pool contractor on the projects we undertake as the Design/Builder or CM @ Rick.
