Located in Central Texas on the former site of NLand Surf Park, the project will feature over 100 condos, dining options, and additional amenities.

Matthew McConaughey, skateboarder Tony Hawk, and NFL great Drew Brees are among the buyers willing to spend $1.25 million to become members.

Following groundbreaking in January, the development is still in its early stages. Plans call for more than 140 condos and homes, a brewery, cafe, restaurant, and clubhouse—all centered around a massive artificial wave pool.
The developers have remained tight-lipped about the project, with the club’s official website offering few details and no renderings of what the finished community will look like.

The project will feature a 19-acre reef wave. It will include a 2,220-square-foot surf basin outfitted with high-volume technology and open to surfers of all ages and skill levels. Both projects involve renovating and expanding existing buildings to make way for an approximately 4,400-square-foot restaurant and a 5,700-square-foot brewery.
Michael Hsu Office of Architecture was tapped to design the restaurant and brewery.
