Alaïa Bay and Surf Eye are thrilled to announce their partnership, introducing AI video technology to Alaïa Bay’s world-class wave pool in Sion, Switzerland.
Starting from the upcoming 2025 season, every wave at Alaïa Bay will be automatically recorded, edited, and made available within minutes, providing surfers with high-resolution videos to relive, analyze, and share their rides effortlessly.
About Surf Eye
Surf Eye, a Portugal-based startup, pioneered AI-powered video technology in 2022, with the launch of the first camera on the ocean beach of Costa da Caparica, near Lisbon. By early 2024, Surf Eye expanded into the wave pool industry, quickly partnering with some of th world’s leading wave pools within just one year, and now accounting for 10 partnerships worldwide, including:
