Empire of Surf Drops Its Pilot Episode, Highlighting the Surf Park Revolution

Empire of Surf, a streaming show focused on the booming surf park industry, has released the first part of its pilot episode. The show looks at the growing surf-anchored real estate industry as well as highlighting major players and growing organizations in the industry. 

Darren G. Porter filmed on location at places like Surf Park Summit 2024, Palm Springs Surf Club, Revel Surf, Fireside, Waco Surf and more.

The project is two years in the making.

“We all stand at the brink of a 50-year industry that will change economies and cultures where we build. If we stand on the mountain of changing culture for the better, the world will also see our vision of sustainability, economic betterment, and a healthy community based on the sport of surfing. In the foreseeable future, there will be hundreds of surf parks in the United States and internationally,” said Darren G. Porter during a partnership announcement with Surf Park Central. “We are showing the world the hurdles and struggles that surf park developers go through on their way to creating massive stoke in their communities when they open.”
