April 3, 2018. The team at BSR and American Wave Machines are hard at work getting ready to open their new wave machine to the already massive water facility at BSR. They’re located in Waco, Texas, not too far from “the other surf park” in Austin. The recruitment for qualified watermen/women has begun as well as other park positions.
BSR is searching for a surf guide to be right in the mix of all things surf and guest experience at the park. Put yourself right in the action and enjoy surf every day. The position doesn’t require surfing experience but proficient swimming ability is required. The General Manager, Cheyne Magnusson is a former pro and absolutely shreds. Maybe you can learn a thing or two.

Surf Shop Employees- Work in the shop and assist customers with items such as board shorts, wetsuits, surf accessories and everything else involved in a surf shop. Oh, and you get to surf every day… Send resume to [email protected]
Lifeguards- Be on guard and make sure everyone is surfing safely. There will be a lot of novice surfers that aren’t familiar with this type of water movement in and around the pool at all times making this an important job. Send resume to [email protected]
