Desert Lakes LLC, the team that created Southern Shores, has a new project in the works for Utah. Similar to Southern Shores, Zion Shores will offer UNIT Surf Pool technology with residential lots. Lots are currently on sale for around $1.5 million.
The new surf-anchored destination also includes a PerfectSwell pool. The project also features a PerfectSwell wave pool and will be located in Washington, Utah, just outside Zion National Park and less than two hours from Las Vegas.
