With the official opening of WavePark in South Korea just days away, Wavegarden technicians are now onsite fine-tuning all the different waves in what is now the world’s largest Wavegarden Cove. Here, Eneko Merino, one of Wavegarden’s best mechanics tests out the left barrel in between sessions with local Korean surfers and influencers. Definitely not the worst job!

Wave testing at WavePark remains in full swing with just 7 days to the public opening. Covid-19 made it difficult for international surfers to travel to South Korea due to the obligatory 14-day quarantine period. However, some Wavegarden technicians and their families obtained special permission to enter the country. Here, @kaiodriozola, @hans_odriozola and @konkekomerino test out one of our right hand barrels.
